i watched nancy drew by myself while my sis and my mom walked around in town a few days ago..

the experience was pleasant :) i give the show 3 out of 5 stars..actually 2.75, but let's round it up shall we??? hehe...

i was a small fan of nancy drew when i was 13-14 years old. that was why i wanted to watch it.

i remember wanting to collect the entire series of nancy drew books...the "teenage" ones...ended up only buying 3...and they are all gone now, they were given away....

and emma roberts really resembles julia roberts! her acting was not fantastic but i could imagine an 11 year old girl admiring her and wanting to be like her (both emma roberts and nancy drew in the movie)

i'm essentially nerdy. and so when i saw nancy drew all prim and proper, handing in those fantastic assignments (basically, doing well in school), i went "wow!" in my heart...hahaha...

p.s.: i'm trying to find out the difference between geeky and nerdy..are they the same???

p.p.s : i got myself this really cute turtle "handphone hanging thingy", really cute mushroom and a bigger version of the turtle...they are so cute...couldn't resist!!!! it really feels good to satisfy and pacify your inner child ;)
