no. i'm old, super bored and restless.
although i have tonnes of work that i need to get done, i think i'm trying to escape them by watching the television n just sleeping away the time.
feeling totally sucky todae :(
my mom sad yes to letting me get the lesportsac bag, then she retracted and said no, cos i have too many bags. n then i recall that the prices of blythe dolls are ard. $100-$300 dollars..and erm...i don't think i can or want to burn my pocket for a doll...
grades for ntr labs are so sucky and i wonder why?? they are decreasing when the class average is increasing wad's up? i did everything! did she mark properly or not?!
oh n remember i said i wanted to watch carman videos? err..i stuck one into the VCR and fiddled with the remote control...and ended up breaking it...as in the VCR...cum DVD player...err...people, my family does not know of this yet so shhhhhhhhh...i turned the power off...hopefully they won't know about it for a long long time...which is highly unlikely...but still shhhhhhhh...
things just aren't going my way! lord help!!!!!

We don't just praise the lord when something goes our way, we praise him everyday. MGO grades came back and it was AWFUL. I will not dwell on this 'cos it is pretty pointless to do so. The only way to proceed is to do damage control. And yes, if i do it well ahem..i may still get "it". And it is not me. I can try all that I want and use all the might I have, but without the wisdom from the lord, the blessings from the lord, whatever I'm attempting to do right now will be fruitless and really pointless. As a student, I want to praise Him with my grades among other things :) So lord I will praise you! And thank you lord because I know it could have been worse :)

woot! i found my favorite singer and dancer of all time!
friends, check him out, preview his music. his christian music and dance moves are simply electrifying! i have some of his concert videos. in fact, i think i'll go out and watch them now. it's been a long time since i touched those vids. ;)
Addicted to Jesus? Yes I am! Definitely proud of this addiction, an addiction i'll never want to be cured of. check out the song Satan: Bite the Dust (my favorite) actually, i love 'em all!heh...

They were so young. I saw them when they were just babies. I carried them as if they were my dolls and played "mummy" with them haha. how time flies, they are no longer babies i can play with and carry but full grown young adults who have found their identities in Christ. i chanced upon 3 of my cousins' blogs and can't help but feel moved by the work of the lord in their lives. i am truly inspired. they might have little or no idea of how their little testimonies and sharing of their lives have helped to uplift another person or well me. it's so comforting. the lord is real. His presence can be felt in all aspects of our lives if only we allowed Him. He is always eager to come to our rescue, always eager to want to be near and close to us? why should or do we turn Him away? I welcome Him into my life with open arms and allow Him to mould me into anything He wants me to be. I love you lord.
Jesus, I will never let you go
You've taken me, from the miry clay
Set my feet upon the rock, and now I know
I love you, I need you
Though my world may go I'll never let you go
My Saviour, my closest friend
I will worship you until the very end.

ok i've been quite intrigued by the blythe doll since last year, not sure how i really got interested in the doll. thing is, when i first saw pictures of it, i was convinced it is some devilish doll. but as time passed i found it really kewl cos it was novel to a certain degree. i like to have things that others don't. anyway, i decided to do some research on the eyes, cos that was what was novel about the doll and what initially spooked me. i discovered how the manufacturers actually came up with the idea of the doe-eyed dolls that can change their eye colours and well i like it a lot now. more so now than before. anyway, if u have absolutely no idea wad the blythe doll is, here's a pic:
the left is the doll from the 1970s and the one on the right is a 21st century blythe doll.
i guess the appeal is the doll's retro. a blast from the past. anyhow...if ur interested i've just found a very interesting vid. on youtube. A 1970s advertisement for the doll...so retro! click here happy watching :)
still considering if i should get one, and if i were to get one, which one?!

i just heard this on the news, the taiwan news, and i'm TOTALLY SHOCKED! they showed images of the 60 over year old man and his daughter. the old man (looks so much like a kind grandfather) spent his entire life savings and went into debt to get his daughter to HK so that she could meet Andy Lau. She took a photo with him, but she felt that having to share Andy Lau with 300 over other fans was not a nice feeling. So the father jumped into a river (died) and left a note saying that Andy Lau has to continue meeting the daughter if not he will not rest in peace. the news also said this women is suspected to have some mental problem.

I was the first to turn in my comms paper today. I got a relatively easy version tht's y. but even though it was relatively easy i still made one mistake. can shoot myself. the question was, which theory views conflict as a breakdown in communication. i put human relations when it is supposed to be classical! well it was a either u noe it or u don't question. cos to get tht right, it probably meant tht u studied extremely hard for the test. memorizing EVERY sentence, i think, unless u're just pure smart. i only read and understood, did not commit much to memory. argh. So this gave me a bad day cos i could have gotten 20/20...i noe i'm being a perfectionist i mean 9/10 is still good..it is still technically an A...but what i fear is my grade for Assignment #1. Cos if it isn't good i'll need marks from the mid-term and the quizzes to pull it up..tht's y i'm fretting :(
another subject i'm so mad about is MGO. i really hope i did ok and i'm still in the running for A *blushes* ok...i'll just say it out right now, most of my classmates wld know it by now anyway..and it's not anything bad anyway...well i want As!!!! who doesn't right? argh. it kills me every time when i miss by a small bit. but of course i have to be realistic la. some subjects tht i totally suck at i don't expect As, i get what i get.
ok so upcoming assignments/tests/quizzes/exams for the next 2 weeks are as follows:
-Comms 2.5% quiz
-Law 10% test
-NTR research paper
-Comms research paper
-MGS exam III
-EQS module
-WATCH MGO n MGS VIDEOS! ( i do not want to die from a simpson or murray marathon, my life is precious.)
this should keep me plenty busy for the next 2 weeks.
thought of the day: "i'm a student now, so i should immerse myself completely in student life. cos before i noe it, i will have to say goodbye."
ps: i've been craving tim tam since i woke up yesterday..i made my mom buy it for me at the supermarket just now..m&ms too! i have absolutely no idea why i'm craving so hard for chocolates..this rarely happens. i love them but i don't exactly remember ever having to need them so badly...hormones...
darn, talking about hormones reminds me of estrogen which reminds me of NTR which reminds me that i think i also did badly for NTR...i got at least 5 wrong! i think...not sure...but confirm 3 wrong...the best source of iron is meat not milk! i'm soooooo dumb...i wanted to put meat but i'm not sure wad happened in my brain and i changed the answer to milk.
in a very very weird way, spilling my guts out about the mistakes i made in exams n tests or wadever assignments makes me feel better. here's a small irrational n illogical diagram for you to understand, but since it's irrational n illogical i guess u probably wld not but this is it haha:
exam --> find out if i got questions right --> if wrong, feel bad. if right, feel happy--> feeling bad helps me become aware that i may not get a good grade --> feel better about the unknown, no surprises --> FEEL BETTER
understand? haha...i seriously don't care if u do tho'
oh n my sis has to work til 12 midnight today! gosh i wonder how tht feels like...
ok i think i've vomited enough. goodbye.

I once thought that fujitsu laptops were the best in the market but after buying it and using it for awhile i realize it can't beat the trusty Acer laptop i'm currently using. what i'm trying to say is my fujitsu crashed on me. firstly, it starts up and shuts down awfully slow...it's NOT ME...my sister's fujitsu is the same...i'm not exactly sure how my fujitsu crashed...but i think it has to do with me downloading the anti-virus software...after downloading it..it CRASHED...so ironic. isn't anti-virus softwares suppose to keep ur com from crashing?
anyway...we can always agrue that it is not the hardware i.e. it does not matter if it is acer or fujitsu but the programs that were installed and how i navigated the internet. basically i'm using my acer now...the pricey and relatively new fujitsu is pretty much dead...almost...i need to send it to a programmer to get it fixed. it's already deformed...now this?!
anyway in light of this i went to check out the green vaio i was eyeing at. But wadever for...i mean why buy it now right?...i have this acer anyway...but i just want something NEW...ermz..anyway i think it's not really tht fantastic now...
i am DEFINITELY getting a new lappie next year though.
oh. and because the fujitsu crashed, i can't upload some photos i wish to upload argh. ermz...of course i can upload them using this acer...err however...i have not figured out how to yet? can u believe it?! i'm such an IT idiot.
when it comes to choosing a laptop or a phone, i firstly aim for functionality for laptops and then looks but the opposite is true for a phone.
oh and tht nokia phone i wanted? err...i don't like it that much now...it looks cheap...
time seriously plays a factor in your purchasing decisions. I find that the longer i wait, or hold off a purchase, the more likely i am to NOT buy the product.
however, this cannot be applied to this lesportsac bag i've been eyeing since the beginning of the year. one of the new arrivals. i went to taka and the last piece was on display. i went to isetan at wisma it was totally out of stock. the only place i have not checked is isetan at scotts. i asked the sales lady to help me check the availability in that branch but she could not find any info. cos the salesgirl there went on a break so i think i'll need to make a trip down...
this is the bag:
i love the print A LOT, wait. on closer look this is not exactly the bag, the one in the store which i prefer, has a khaki colored background..the birds are not as colorful..oh! i have got to get the bag!

i seriously need a slap. my studying for comms could have been much better if i paid more attention to what the prof said or verified what i heard with others...i spent the entire weekend studying comms blindly, reading and glancing through the text here and there when all i needed to do was answer those 15 questions and i was SET. darn. my answers could have been much better, hopefully wad i wrote was enough...i really really hope.
after the exam i went to town to meet ade and we watched The Pursuit of Happyness it is an UBER awesome show. Everyone needs to go watch it. It was ultra touching. i even did some reflection and self-searching after the show...
here's a mystery: someone passed a virus to me. it cld be my sis, someone in school or some passerby on the road...i have a deep voice now, super deep and a very itchy sore throat...who did this?!

![]() | You scored as Heidi Klum. you scored as the busty German supermodel is even more popular with most (straight) men than she is with most fashion designers. She might not have the edge necessary to be accepted by the über-trendy fashion crowd, but she is the only sign in the world of supermodels that people don't sacrifice their entire identity to the job.

I finally stepped foot into vivocity. I think it's nothing great. Just a lot of space. I've seen all the shops before except for the odd one or two. It's still a good shopping place tho, u'll probably be able to get all the things u need under one roof; from food to clothes to furniture. Went to toys 'r' us for fun and found polly pocket. She's a giant now! gosh. still remember having the polly pocket pencil case, the pocket hses etc. this polly pocket looks horrible. it's no longer unique, in no way pocket-like.

I only studied comms half-way the night before so i had to get up at 2 am to finish studying it. All's well. Took the test and got it back a few hours later (how i wish this happens for all tests n exams, i gather it wld be better for my nerves) anyway...we had a 3hr break before law started...and well i decided to go to holland V to buy this wire for the printer (apparently err..i was able to make it malfunction I have absolutely no idea how it happened *shrugs*) ok so i went there n ahah most shops were closed they were not open yet. So i decided to go to starbucks to get myself a mocha frap and wait for the shop to open so i cld buy the wire n head back to school...i read the papers...then decided to forget waiting n called my mom to see if she was interested in having buffet at Pete's Place 'cos i've been craving pasta for about a week! n of course mom agreed to go Pete's Place...she got a cab and picked me up from holland V.
The taxi driver.
What a horrible cabbie we had. We wanted to stop at paragon but instead of taking the route that we usually took which was much shorter, he decided to take us on a longer ride. He turned into the "other" road quite fast, we cld not prevent it n when my mom asked him y he went "this" way he said THIS,"THE ROAD IS DEAD, THE BRAIN IS ALIVE." wad the? anyway the fare came up to at least a buck more than the usual.
tht's all from me todae.
p.s.: grades for law mid-term turned out to be ok :)

I LOVE online shopping. I love being able to see so many things at the click of a button. Everything is so organized. No crowds! Nothing can beat the thrill of opening the package that arrives 2 weeks or so later with the stuff you bought inside. It's still exciting even though you already know what is in the package, the feeling is almost as good as opening up your b' day present. It is hardly disappointing.
But online shopping turns into online window shopping when you discover the store does not ship to your country. Can see but cannot buy :( It just happened to me a few minutes ago. ugh.
ohhoho...i just remembered there is vPOST! yay...off to grab the stuff now...

right. grades for MGS just came in and it's BAD. think my law mid-term would be just as bad or worse. I cooped myself up at home so that I could focus on my studies, I did not go to cell or church, Mich canceled her party because of me ( i still feel terrible about it btw.) and this is what i get for staying at home the whole weekend to study?! granted, i did not spend every single minute studying but spent a lot of that time sleeping and watching the telly BUT STILL...i feel so shortchanged...anyway i feel as if my whole body is turning stale and I'm in serious need of some fresh air! need to get out of the hse for a couple of hours at least.
through this, i ONCE AGAIN realize that it is not by MY might that things happen, but by the lord's TLC.
"...Not by might nor by power, but by my spirit, says the Lord Almighty." Zec 4:6
how many more reminders do i need?!

I'm finding schoolwork really overwhelming...i'm starting to crack under pressure. Had to attend law lect. todae and it was horrible i kept thinking about the exam. and i found another mistake. i spelled volenti non-fit injuria wrongly. i spelled it as volenti non injurea. feeling super low.

i just finished my NTR lab report. It was such a chore. I realized the NTR lab thingy i had to print out the last time was cut off! and i had to re-do the whole thing again so that i will get values for dietary fiber and sodium!
